The very charming and talented actor Pankit Thakkar has recently created waves on the small screen by essaying the role of Atul Joshi in the hugely hit show `Dill Mill Gaye`. More popular by the name of Sweetu in the television industry he has charmed the small screen audiences with his amiable persona and immense acting potential. The other serial in which his performance has been highly acclaimed is the character portrayal of Ajay in `Special Squad`. Another role, which is very close to his heart, is `Kabhie Sautan Kabhie Saheli` which had many shades attached to it and also gave him immense scope to perform.

At present however Pankit Thakkar is seen portraying the brilliant role in `Dill Mill Gayye`. He had gone against the wishes of one and all and established himself as a powerful actor. He always likes to follow his instincts and has always succeeded by following the dictates of his heart. In a recent interview he claimed that if he could go back in time he would want to born as a son of a star so that he can get a launch vehicle. He would also not like to change the way he is as he is very happy with himself and the way his life have been shaped so far. He is also very optimistic and is hopeful that he will be able to bag good projects with big starcast in the near future.
