Rajendra Agricultural University is situated at
Samastipur in
Bihar.It was set up in the year 1970.The main objective of the University is to provide qulity education in the field of agriculture and to promote agricultural research .
It is a public University and recognized by the University Grant Commission.The University conducts six undergraduate degree programmes ,thirty three post graduate programmes and eighteen Ph.D. programmes in the field of Agriculture, Veterinary & Animal sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Basic sciences, Humanities & Home science through five faculties.The University offers MBA in Agribusiness as the only University of India.
