Situated in the Nanded district of the state of Maharashtra, Kinwat city showed population count of 24,867

Numerous cities and towns have developed in the states of Indian continent. The state of Maharashtra too is not an exception. Kinwat is an example of a city . A municipal council has been set up in the district of Nanded district of the same state of India. The strategic location of Kinwat is quite significant. In fact Kinwat is located approximately to a height of 19.63° N and 78.2° E. It rises to a height of 314 meters or 1030 feet above the mean sea level.

Males of Kinwat too have developed propensity towards education, which is rightly evident from its high literacy rate. Thus 72 % is the male literacy rate of Kinwat. In comparison, female literacy rate is less, which constitutes 57 %. In Kinwat, 14 % of the total population is below six years of age.
