From ancient days Gujarat has been patronized for its rich art and culture. Some important museums of the state are:
Lalbhai Dalpatbhai Museum, Ahmedabad:
Lalbhai Dalpatbhai Museum is situated near the Gujarat University at Navrangpura. Established by Muni Shri Punyavijayji and Shri Kasturbhai it is one of the famous museums for the book lovers.
