Early Life of Sonali Bendre
Sonali Bendre was born on 1st January in the year 1975 in a Maharashtrian family, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The immensely talented actress has completed her education from Bangalore (now Bengaluru) and Mumbai in Kendriya Vidyalaya Antop Hill, Sion and Holy Cross High School Thane.

Career of Sonali Bendre
Sonali Bendre started out her career as a model before she was selected for the Star Dust Talent Search. She made her debut on the silver screen with the moderately hit Bollywood flick Aag paired opposite the very popular Hindi film actor Govinda and actress Shilpa Shetty. Following that she was critically acclaimed for her performances in Duplicate, Zakhm, Hum Saath Saath Hain, Dil Hi Dil Main, Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, Bombay, Bhai, Sarfarosh, Humse Badkar Kaun, Love You Hamesha, Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Dahek: A Burning Passion, Jis Des Mein Ganga Rehta Hain and many more. She also made her presence felt in a score of Telegu, Tamil and Kannad films. Few of her south Indian movies include Kadhalar Dhinam, Preethse, Murari and others.

Sonali Bendre has been awarded with many awards for her commendable performances. In 1995, she won the Filmfare Lux New Face Award. In 2001 she also got the Star Screen Award Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai. In 2004 Sonali was awarded the Star Screen Award, Best Actress-Marathi for the movie Anaahat.

Sonali Bendre is married to renowned Bollywood filmmaker Goldie Behl. The couple has been married since the year 2002 and had a son named Ranvir in 2005.
