Situated in the district of Jamnagar of the Gujarat state, Khambhalia is the name of a city.

The vast continent of India houses a multitude of cities and towns that have grown here by leaps and bounds. As far as the state of Gujarat is concerned, many cities also have developed. Amongst them, Khambhalia city deserves to be mentioning. It is located in the Jamnagar district and a municipality has been established so that the administration of the Khambhalia city can be supervised properly.

Therefore few demographers of Indian Territory have worked hard just to be getting familiar with the demography of the town of Khambhalia. In Khambhalia town, children below six years of age constitutes of 13 percent of the total population.

The condition about the literacy rate too needs to be emphasized. It is really outstanding that the average literacy rate of Khambhalia town is 69 percent, which is higher than that of India. Thus the average literacy rate of India showed a measurement of 59.5. Delving deep into the matter, one finds that the rate of male literacy is more than that of females. 76 percent and 62 percent are male and female literacy rates respectively.

Few more information about Khambhalia city can be known. Tourists spots like Nagar Gate, Jodhpur Gate, Satvara Choro , Tringle park and many more are there. For fulfilling the thirst of the people`s entertainment places, namely, Aaradhana Dham, Khodiyar Mandir, etc have been constructed. Amongst people of Indian subcontinent, Khambhalia has gained recognition due to a particular reason. Ghee, food product, is a specialty of the Khambhalia city, which even gets exported to various places like Jamnagar, Rajkot etc
