Divya Seth, Indian TV Actress
Divya Seth is a well known Indian television actress who has gained recognition in the entertainment industry through her appealing portrayals.

Divya Seth, Indian TV ActressDivya Seth is quite a popular name in the Indian television industry. The actress was born on 2nd April. It is about two decades ago that Divya Seth carved a special corner in the hearts of the audiences by playing the role of Majli in the first Indian television soap Hum Log. On the personal front also Divya Seth is very much passionate about acting. She prefers giving her best in one show rather than diverting her attention to more than one show.

Career of Divya Seth
Divya Seth’s appeal on the small screen has been such that she was swamped with offers and then year after year she ruled the hearts of the small screen viewers with powerhouse performances in serials like Daraar, Adhikaar and Abhimaan. It was then in the year 1999 that she appeared in Sparsh. Soon she disappeared altogether from the arc lights to take a break so that she can give time wholeheartedly to her marriage followed by motherhood.

After a long hiatus she again agreed to don the grease paint for an absolutely new venture titled Sarkarr. She claimed to be as excited as any newcomer for her new venture. In this soap Divya Seth played the head of a political family after the assassination of her husband. This very serial not only brought back the Kittie Party team of Shobha De but also starred Rohit Roy and Ronit Roy who played the role of two real brothers.

The only focus of the soap was however Divya Seth herself. This soap was based on the family drama with politics as the backdrop. The soap was believed to take out chapters of the Indira Gandhi saga. Divya Seth still holds her ravishing beauty intact even after all the years. When she was asked about her popularity on the Indian television she said that she couldn’t say much about her demand on television compared to the demand of her real life mother Sushma Seth (a popular Bollywood actress) in films.
